I would say to start of in another position that you are comfortable with, and if you’re feeling good after a while try to getting on top. If it it’s that you’re feeling a bit insecure, I don’t think you need to be. If you’re boyfriend is asking you to be on top then he obviously likes your body and wants to see it.
If your worried about the actual technique of riding him, a guy can actually still do most of the work with you on top! So you could try for starters letting him take care of the movements and as you get more comfortable in the position you’ll get to know what type of motion works for you and then you’ll be able to take over :)
